Letícia is an archaeologist and social scientist with over sixteen years of professional experience working with Brazilian public institutions, regulatory agencies and environmental licensing.

Her professional background includes consulting on numerous public and private projects across Brazil in the mining, pulp and paper, highways, airports, basic sanitation, real estate, railways, ports, power generation, and oil and gas sectors.

She worked as a Technical Analyst at IPHAN (National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage), where she analyzed and prepared technical assessments, supervised research institutions, and monitored and evaluated projects.

Her extensive knowledge of Brazilian public administration and regulatory procedures strengthens our ability to navigate institutional environments and support international companies operating in Brazil. She has professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Fausto de Souza - Business Development & Market Intelligence

Fausto brings twenty-three years of experience in public procurement processes, business development, project management, and investment analysis.

His professional background includes positions at Petrobras and BR Distribuidora, where he worked extensively with public procurement processes, negotiated partnerships, and structured Special Purpose Entities (SPEs). He also worked as an investment advisor at XP Network.

As a consultant, he conducted an internal pricing analysis for a major German supplier of cogeneration systems. He also structured a socio-environmental project proposal for a U.S.-based NGO, enabling its participation in a Conservation International procurement process. In Italy, he provided administrative and financial management services, among other projects. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian, and also speaks French and Spanish.
